Dr. William AIKEN
- Consultant Urologist and lecturer at the University of the West Indies has written extensively on the subject of men's health. He is a past president of the Jamaica Urological Society. In our Men's Health section he gives valuable advice on recognizing early symptoms of illnesses, or conditions that should not be ignored.
 
Dr. Judith DALLAS
- Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist practising at Gynae Associates and Harbour View Medical Centre is former lecturer at the University of the West Indies. She is Fellow of the Royal College and American College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and has written for several publications including the West Indian Medical Journal. She is a wife and the mother of two children. In “Women's Health” she enlightens us on a fascinating and mysterious condition - Pseudocyesis.

Michele GEISTER
- lifestyle journalist and multimedia producer. A former MuchMusic Network entertainment and music video producer, she made the change from “life in the fast lane” to focus on positive, life-affirming stories or “media with a message” as she likes to say. We stop in with her at one of Interior Designer, Cindy Breakespeare's projects high in the misty Blue Mountains.

- is a retired educator who has always had a deep-rooted passion for flowers. Ever since she can remember, she has been attracted to their captivating beauty, colour, and fragrance. She resides in the untouched salubrious parish of Portland and having reared four children she now devotes most of her creative energies to her gardens. She introduces us to one of her new passions; the Crown of Thorns, and shows us how we too can get started growing this pretty and prickly plant.
 
Janice LINDSAY
- holds a Masters Degree in Heritage Studies from the University of the West Indies (UWI), Mona. She is currently pursuing her PhD in World Cultural Heritage Studies at the University of Tsukuba in Japan and has spent a great deal of time exploring and highlighting elements of Jamaica's cultural heritage. In our Landmark feature she takes us to Kingston's Coronation Market - the one-stop grand market for the freshest produce.
Helen MALCOLM
- is a registered pharmacist with a Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Technology, Jamaica. In this issue she gives us useful advice on becoming aware of potential poisonous substances at home and important steps we need to take to prevent accidental poisoning.
 
Rosemary PARKINSON
- loves art, good food and hopping throughout the Caribbean. She is a connoisseur of Caribbean cuisine and an avid photographer. Her publications include: “Culinaria: The Caribbean,” “Jerking around Jamaica” and “Cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres” and “Nyam Jamaica”. She takes us on a wonderful trip to the Bahamas, and in our “Food” section she gives us some recipes for refreshing drinks to try this summer.
Latoya SMITH
- is editorial assistant at HHG Magazine. She is a wife and mother of two and enjoys planning family and church activities. In this issue she encourages us to spend time with our children and gives useful suggestions on accomplishing this while having fun.
 
Fay WINT-SMITH
- is an interior designer and has written on design for several publications including The Gleaner. Her design business, Design Details, specializes in commercial and residential interior design as well as in construction finishes. She visits with Joyce and Cyril Bridge at their welcoming home and chats with Betty Ashley as she shares with us the art and science of growing orchids successfully. In her Interior Design feature she tells us how to create a beautiful and relaxing outdoor space.
